I'm really pretty sure I followed the Newb Instructions for installing Xinha correctly. But, I can't even get the examples to work. The formatting toolbar doesn't even pretend to appear for me (in IE or Firefox), yet, if I put an alert in the init function it pops, which means Xinha is getting called.
