ASCIIMathML.js seems not to be loaded automatically

Description

When trying to edit equations the following problem appears : equations aren't formatted when the editor is loaded. You have to edit a new equation with the equation's editor for what.

For instance, it appears when I save the HTML with asciiMathML equations in an SQL backend and reload the editor for editing the HTML another time ...

I expect this to be a case of not loading the javascript, see Equation for information.
