editor area not sized correctly under FireFox.

Description

Under firefox, the editable area sometimes does not size correctly. The toolbar is displayed the correct size however the editable area underneath can be signficantly smaller.

Changing this.width to 'toolbar' in htmlarea.js fixes this problem.
