I've looked at the files, and it appears to be based on HTMLArea 3.0. Xinha has come a long way since then, so it's not obvious that there is anything useful there. I couldn't find anything that looked like documentation (I might have missed something, though - much of it is in German) or even a suggestion of what changes might be in the package.

So the question is, does anybody want to dig deeper into this, or can we close this ticket and move toward getting Xinha 1.0 released?

There is some nice suggestions we can find in it (editable content, fixed modal popup size, ...) but the code is now so different from Xinha, making the diff very hard to interpret. However since it was gogo adding the archive, i think it's better to let him choose the appropriate fate of this ticket.

Leave it open for now, but it'a at lowest priority, it won't hold back Version 1.0 if it comes to that but would be nice to have a look through (a diff against an old HTMLArea version if somebody has one lying around (I might), or failing that the initial chckin of Xinha might be the best way.

Closing this. It's too long ago now to be really useful I think, and nobody will ever want to dig through looking for anything interesting.
