ImageManager needs "detail" view and preview of selected image

Description

Loading all the thumbnails can make the ImageManager plugin quite slow to start up. So what it needs is a detail (list) view which only shows filenames and the edit/delete buttons. Hover over the filename and it should show a thumbnail of the image for selection.

This is a tracking bug, work already done, just going to check it in in a sec.
