ContextMenu colors not right when color is set directly to TD tags in CSS with Firefox

Colors need to be set directly to the TD tag in the menu.css file. Otherwise, in Firefox, the TD color set higher in the hierarchy (i.e. the style.css from the displayed page) is used for text color.

I'll come back later if I find exactly the css lines that needs to be added to menu.css in order for this to work

This should be checked more deeply, maybe some other properties could also be screwed accidently by an external CSS on specific tags
