IE: insertHTML() inserts HTML outside editor when editor is not focussed

Dear Xinha developer,

I have a problem. I have a php file. In that php file I have a form that have a <input type=text> and a <textarea>. My problem is that when I click my mouse from <textarea> to <input type=text> and then I click on one of the toolbar in textarea. In this case I click on Equation Editor. After I choose one of the symbols in Equation it will not display on textarea but it will display at top of my php file.

You must click inside the Xinha area before clicking in the toolbar or how would we know where to do whatever it is you want doing.

Changing description to disable toolbar on dofocus if possible.

It happens reproducible in IE, even without another input field.
