improved SuperClean (more settings, custom filters)

in short: i combined the Filter-plugin and the SuperClean plugin.

• new setting: show_dialog (if set to false all actions will be done on button-click)
• new setting: filters (list of avalible filters, see SuperClean)
• custom filters are now possible, exactly like the new Filter-plugin does it (credits go to gocher!)
• dynamic created dialog based on avaliable filters
• renamed the tidy_handler-setting (old value still works)
• removed that ugly W3C-icon, borrowed instead the icon from Filters-plugin (thanks)

If anyone finds bugs or finds this a bad idea tell me :D
