Description

NO UTF-8 lang file, expanded the file abit so that all of the fields in the popup accually is translated, no need to update the js files since the translater already is quite flexible, :D

The new fields are however : 

  "Insert Image": "Sett inn bilde",
  "Image Preview:": "Forhåndsvisning:",
  "Image URL:": "Bildets URL:",
  "Preview": "Forhåndsvisning",
  "Alternate text:": "Alternativ tekst",  
  "Layout": "Oppsett",

  "Border thickness:": "Ramme tykkelse:",
  "Spacing": "Luft rundt bildet",
