Remove "A Response to InteractiveTools.com" from front page

Description

The front page has a link to the interactivetools response? page. However, that's pretty old, and it makes Xinha look a little bad. Since everything in that post is Old News, and interactivetools has stopped development (invalidating any criticisms they made), it seems unnecessary (at least as a front-page link).
