Skins as part of Xinha

I have embedded skin options as part of Xinha (similar to fonts, added the onChange events, etc.)

I added basic cookie functions to remember the user settings for which skin they want to use.

Everything works as expected with one exception: the skin doesn't change. The alert makes it clear the system recognizes the change.

I am getting a problem, and noticed that the "generate()" function also does appends to the header item.

Any help would be appreciated.
