Adding blockquote to formatblock

If I add blockquote to the formatblock, xinha iserts the tags like this: 

<<blockquote>>text</<blockquote>>

I get this as well, under Firefox

  • resolution set to fixed

Fixed this for Gecko in changeset:411

IE doesn't seem to support blockquote as a formatblock at all.
