Description

I have a couple of things.

First of all, Xinha looks very interesting and I have just started to look at it. My first question is this. Is it UNICODE? Is there any effort underway to include Japanese, Chinese and other languages? I might be of assistance.

Secondly, this seems to be the best place to get help with TortoiseSVN. Is it? Can a better place be recommended?

Xinha is fully UTF-8 compatable. It should be possible to provide language files for C-J-K and other multibyte languages just fine (as long as they are UTF-8 encoded of course).
