Toolbar sometimes unwraps and becomes very long when viewing source in IE.

Description

Sometimes (not always), when you toggle to HTML mode, the toolbar jumps to a single unbroken line that can be several times the width of the monitor.

This is probably fixed after I rolled back gocher's changes to this area, I'll close it, reopen if it persists.
