Context Menu Table merge/split functions missing

Description

The context menu for table operations (ie; using ContextMenu with TableOperations) is missing the most useful table operations: those for merging and splitting table cells (colspan/rowspan stuff).

Also, is it really necessary to have all the options for adding/removing cols/rows when this can easily be done by the small icons around the selected cell? (I guess one could argue they're required from an accessability POV...)
