Stylist take half of the textarea in IE but get normal width with Firefox

Description

Using IE when the stylesheet loads the styles the witdh of the panel in increase with the width of the largest name so that half of the textarea is occupated by the panel. This does not occurs with Firefox, the width is the same before or after the styles been loaded.
