Number and UnNumbered Lists break onEnter

Using version in SVN from Feb 19th, examples/full_example.html. Default configuration, under FireFox? 1.0 under Linux.

Try entering an unnumbered or numbered list, upon pressing enter it goes out of list mode back to normal text entry mode. there's no way to continue adding items to the list.

That's really wierd. It might be EnterParagraphs doing it. Holding CTRL while hitting enter seems to make a new list item properly, hitting enter while at the end of a list item breaks out of the list, hitting enter wihthin a list item breaks the item in two and inserts a blank items between them.

I've never noticed this behaviour before, but I can't think of any change that would have brought it on.
