TableOperations Gecko bug

Reported by: anonymous Owned by: gogo
Priority: normal Milestone:
Component: Plugin_TableOperations Version:
Severity: normal Keywords:

Description

Easy to reproduce, just add a table in Moz, then remove the change it to what probably should be the default of Frames="All Four Sides" and Rules:"Rules will appear between all rows and columns"

You'll notice the frames won't reappear, you'll just be left with the internal table rules

Not sure exactly about a Mozilla fix, but you can change the default settings to have all frames and rules showing by making the following changes in table-operations.js

Find around line 163

var f_spacing = table.cellSpacing;
var f_padding = table.cellPadding;
var f_borders = table.border;
var f_frames = table.frame;
var f_rules = table.rules;

Replace with:

var f_spacing = table.cellSpacing;
var f_padding = table.cellPadding ? table.cellPadding : '1';
var f_borders = table.border;
var f_frames = table.frame ? table.frame : 'box';
var f_rules = table.rules ? table.rules : 'all';
