Anchor Tool is missing

Anchor Tool - Xinha very much needs a tool with which you can create and manage anchor links in your content.

With the InsertAnchor you can only insert anchors - not edit them.

The Insert-Link should be improved so that it displays all avaliable anchors in the document.

I have added the InsertAnchor plugin to Xinha in changeset:25, it works ok, but does need some improvements (can't select-delete an anchor, at least in Gecko for one). I'll change the priority of this ticketg but leave it open so we can come back to it.

Still need a way that we can click-select the anchor and then hit delete (at least doesn't work that way in firefox), like you could with a normal image.

But a image is a visible element and the image of the anchor is set by CSS to make this element visible!

Mmm, yes, I see. I still say that we need some way to click-select the anchor "image" to delete it at least, if not move it. Simply because thats what I intuitivley tried to do, I found that highlight-selecting was not easy or what I expected to do.

How can we make a anchor visible that we can prepare it, without image! An anchor can be empty!
