An error has occurred: Method Not Allowed

I installed Xinha and am using it on an ASP.Net 4.0 page. When the page loads I get the following error:

An error has occurred: Method Not Allowed URL:http://localhost:2691/mydir/xinha/plugins/Linker/scan.php

I click OK and then everything is fine. The editor works without any problems.

The only change I made to the XinhaConfig?.js was to add my textarea id. If I remove the Linker plugin the error goes away.
