Remove .git directory from mootools-filemanager plugin

In plugins/MootoolsFileManager/mootools-filemanager a .git directory and .gitignore file were checked in.

Perhaps this was on purpose so that the mootools-filemanager git repository can be pulled from an svn checkout of Xinha.

But, its existence prevents me from setting up a Git mirror of Xinha itself.

Ah, I was able to use svn2git (http://github.com/nirvdrum/svn2git) to do it -- never mind this ticket, sorry for the noise.

Yes the git is left there intentionally so it is easy to update the filemanager :-)
