New danish translation

I was kinda dissapointed over the current translation of my native language danish, so i made a new translation file containing all strings from the de.js translation + a couple i spottet myself.

In the OpenSource? spirit i would like to contribute this to the project.

ticket:1469 included a translation which I have committed in changeset:1258, I selected that translation over yours because the file you provided says it is in ISO-8859-1 but Xinha prefers everything to be UTF-8.

The translations you provided differ to those that were in ticket:1469, but as I don't speak your language I can't judge which translations are "better".

We will soon make a new release of Xinha, so please feel free to update the new translation files.
