Reload of "Insert Image" Dialog in Firefox corrupt

Description

If you open "Insert Image" dialog in Firefox and reload the page, the dialog won´t be loaded again correctly. In the preview pane "Loading..." is displayed and scrollbars are added to the right and bottom. You have to close and open the dialog to fix this issue.

You will get the same result, when you open the ExtendedFileManager as standalone version.
