Cannot display panel at bottom in Stylist

This used to work (I think in 95 or maybe earlier) but does not now. I used to be able to add the stylist panel to bottom instead of the right (where in my opinion it takes too much space). I managed to change Stylist.js to display at the bottom but the height parameter did not readjust like it used to. This parameter should be a config item that can be set when calling xinha IMHO. Thanks
