deprecated font tags for styling

xinha still uses the deprecated font tags for font size/ family.

it should instead either use css via classes or inline style or at the very least span elements.

Mmmmm, maybe, maybe no.

• It's browser behaviour, all we say is "fontsize" "12" and it's up to the browser how it does it.
• In Gecko at least we have a "styleWithCSS" flag, but it's proven buggy in the past I think (something about background colours not being set).
• My personal opinion, is that <font> in this case is "semantic" markup because the user is specifically saying "I want this to be in THIS font".

NB: I have similar feelings about <b> and <i> in Xinha, when the user clicks the BOLD button they are not saying "I think this is stronly important" they are thinking "I want this to be in a bold font", so my (current) opinion there is that really we should use <b> and <i> instead of <strong> and <em>.

Anyway, I'm going to close this as wontfix, but patches welcome as long as they don't break any functionality.
