Enter/shift-enter functionality should be made more obvious for new users

Description

Pressing enter breaks out of tags (e.g., headings), while pressing shift-enter gives a soft-break and yields a new line but does not break out of the tag. Both cases are frequently desired, but it's not immediately obvious to new users that the shift-enter functionality even exists.

How can we make this more readily apparent? One suggestion (proposed on #1310) is to add a status message when inside certain elements. I'd be wary of sticking this message in directly next to the breadcrumb, but I think it could work well if placed on the right side of the status bar.

Thoughts?

I don't know, we've got the help button which tells the user this.

I think this is more a job for the individual developers using Xinha, they can put a help text in next to the editor for their users if they think they need it.

Maybe an unintrustive "tips" or something. But again. I think it's a job for individual developers.
