Editor does not regain focus after canceling dialog

To reproduce:

1. Start typing in Xinha
2. Click "Insert Image" (or open any other dialog that has a text field that takes focus)
3. Click "Cancel" to close the dialog
4. Try to type again. In some browsers the caret may still be visible and even blinking in the editor, but input won't begin showing up until you click into Xinha to force the focus back.

I tested this on Safari 3.1, FF3, and FF2. This does not appear to happen when using Internet Explorer 7.

Changeset r1036 resolves this issue (still needs to be tested in IE).

I've now tested this in Safari 3, FF2&3, IE7, and Chrome and the fix appears to be working.
