InsertAnchor broken in IE 7

Description

Here's another thing that IE7 has broken. The css tricks that make the anchor symbol visible and clickable don't work any more, so you can't edit an anchor once it is created. Interestingly, though, the same technique still works on hidden form fields (sort of - the display isn't quite right, but it is visible).

This plugin used to place placeholder.gif (still in it's image folder) into the link the plugin makes, otherwise I believe Netscape wouldn't show the place holder. Now it seems IE7 has the same problem. Admittedly, this is a wasteful way to make this work, it looks like even a space character allows the anchor icon to appear.

There are still a couple of problems:

1. In FireFox?, the placeholder img is positioned to the right of the anchor image instead of on top of it.

2. In both FireFox? (Mac) and IE7, when you delete the anchor the placeholder is not deleted. (But if you then switch to html view and back to wysiwyg, it is removed.)

3. It works correctly in Safari (Mac), except the anchor image is cut off at the bottom.

I didn't check it in Opera.
