• moved message while thumbnails are loading from center of the iframe to the to top to be less obstrusive and allow selecting a file before all thumbnails hav loaded
• various changes to popup initialization to reduce delay between opening and resizing
• (hopefully) fixed buttons are below visible area
• made columns in list view drag-resizable
• added config variable for date format for file modification date
