Allow fixed width in fullscreen plugin

In my CMS I set the width of the htmlarea to equal the page width of the target page, to make formatting in the editor match the published output. The full-screen plugin, however, does not appear to have a mechanism to carry the fixed width forward into the enlarged view. Would it be possible to add a test so that if the width is configured to a fixed number of pixels (as opposed to "auto" or a percent) that width is preserved in the enlarged view?

...if you want a fixed size just don't use the full-screen plugin!

Thats pretty silly. The idea behind the FULLscreen button is that it allows you to enlarge the editor to the FULLscreen :)
