Plugin -ContextMenu error

Description

On a specific (not all time) context of selection, the ContextMenu plugin opens a menu on the left-top corner and let the default pop-up menu appears so the context menu is not available. On FF.

Due to translation missing. Such bug will desappear with the new i18n version, if you want ot correct before just add if (!label) continue line 375

By the way, the context menu plugin needs to know other plugins context menu available so a plugin API should be defined in future to increase the context menu to other plugin (currently TableOperation? only)
